Tribalism and why I'm starting new sh*t

A ton of people have asked me about my podcast.

Well, now things are changing! I have a plan, a vision, a team, and I’m gonna have the balls to talk about everything I have avoided for the last 10 years.

Here is the announcement!

Alex and I have gone independent and are starting TWO new podcasts. We have a team so all the shit I was bad at will now be good! Say hello to thumbnails and merch!

The first podcast is a mental health comedy podcast. We will be talking about relationships, faith, and being trainwrecks who are trying to be good people. Rock bottoms, losing it all, and all to climb back up without dying.

Follow along our first year of marriage, our fights, and our plans to fix them! We will be involving you a ton and want to trauma bond as the kids and doctors say you shouldn’t do.

When it comes to faith, I have been on a ride. Atheist, Ram Dass, Jesus, not fitting in at church, cursing God on TV, etc.

I want this show to be a safe place for you to ask questions! Bring me gay Christians, gay Muslims, BRING ME GAYS!

Bring me atheists, Buddhists, or people who just do drugs and saw God riding a lizard once.

We are all searching for something but religion is so divisive you get kicked out of your church if you don’t have all the answers.

Faith, relationships, drugs, being a good person. That will be the flagship show.

It is what I have avoided for a long time. Politics. When I started talking about politics it was because no one was criticizing the Democrats from the left. No one could talk about politics and make dick jokes! Everything was so damn serious and corporate.

Then erm, my life fell apart, I made a bunch of conservative friends and here we are.

Still liberal, still not a fan of corporate Democrats, have some more moderate or conservative views, still make dick jokes. If you think Trump and Biden are gross and the extremes on both sides tweeting are silly, this show will be for you.

I want this to be a way to get the news without wanting to kill yourself. A way to hear how Washington is screwing over both sides. A way to see that there are good people in every voting district.

I have gotten over my political PTSD and want to make a difference. I want to speak for people who don’t have a voice. The ones that live in the grey.
